(SIOUX LOOKOUT, ON) The Sioux Lookout Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Street Team has laid charges involving the illegal sale of alcohol.
During the afternoon of Tuesday February 11, 2014, officers observed a male subject purchase a variety of alcohol from the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) store in Sioux Lookout. Officers then observed the same male sell a bottle of alcohol to an intoxicated person outside the LCBO for a significant profit.
As a result of this sale, 39 year old Armand CUMMINGS of Sioux Lookout has been charged with unlawfully selling liquor and supplying liquor to an intoxicated person.
CUMMINGS was released on a summons and will appear in Sioux Lookout court on April 10, 2014.
