(NORWICH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On April 20, 2016 The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a break, enter and thefts that occurred at a property on Highway #2 in Norwich Township
Sometime between 6 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on April 20, 2016 unknown suspect(s) entered a detached garage of a residence, and several outbuilding on the property located on Highway #2 in Norwich Township and removed approximately $30,000 worth of power tools, riding lawn mower, a single axle trailer and numerous other tools.
On April 21, 2016 at approximately 1:20 a.m. members of Brant OPP responded to suspicious activity on Second Concession Road in Brant County.
As a result of investigation members of the Brant County OPP recovered all the property stolen from the break and enter on Highway #2 in Oxford County, and arrested and charged 32-year-old Michael BOIS of Cambridge and 23-year-old Carly TUFF of London under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 – in Canada
The female was released on a Promise to Appear to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on a future date to answer to her charges.
The male is being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
