(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On July 15 2015, members of the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to three incidents at local marinas in Parry Sound. As a result of police investigation, Cauk-ta JUDGE, 24 years of age from Wasauksing First Nation has been charged with the following offences:
Trespassing at night contrary to the Criminal Code (CC).
Break, Enter a place – commit indictable offence contrary to the CC (2 counts).
Theft over $5000 of a motor vehicle contrary to the CC.
Theft under $5000 contrary to the CC.
Possession property obtained by crime under $5000 contrary to the CC.
Mischief under $5000 contrary to the CC.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear on August 20, 2015 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound to answer to his charges.
