(Bancroft, Ontario) – At approximately 11:12 p.m. on Monday the 03rd of February 2014, an Officer from the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a GMC SUV on Hastings Street North in the Town of Bancroft. The male driver failed an approved screening instrument test, was arrested and transported to the Bancroft OPP detachment for breath tests.
41 year old Cary GREIG of Bancroft, Ontario has been charged with drive disqualified, operate a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in his blood and drive while suspended (2 counts). Mr. GREIG was held in custody pending a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville, Ontario on the 04th of February 2014.
