(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On Sunday November 16th, 2014, shortly after midnight Quinte West OPP conducted a traffic stop on Stockdale Road. During the traffic stop the officers obtained reasonable and probable grounds to arrest the female driver for impaired operation of a motor vehicle.
The accused was arrested at the scene of the traffic stop and transported back to the Quinte West OPP detachment for a breath test.
Carolyn BEHARIE, 41, of Trenton was later released on a Promise to Appear with the charges of:
CC 253(1)(a) Impaired Operation / Motor Vehicle / Alcohol and
CC 253(1)(b) Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content / Motor Vehicle
The accused was given a court date in December at the Ontario Court of Justice, 15 Bridge St. W. Belleville, Ontario.
