(Madawaska Valley Township, ON) On March 30, 2014 Provincial Constable Jordan Bullis was on patrol and on Arena Road, Barry’s Bay. Randy YANTHA, 42 years of age of Madawaska Valley Township was charged with Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada. YANTHA is scheduled to appear in Killaloe Court on May 7, 2014.
