(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Saturday, March 7, 2015 at approximately 11:55 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended a residence on Chatsworth Road 24, in the Township of Chatsworth, after receiving a report of an injured man after he had been struck by a beer bottle.
Investigation revealed the 22 year old victim, from the Municipality of Grey Highlands, was struck in the head with a beer bottle following an altercation at the residence. He was taken by ambulance to hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Bryce McKITRICK, 21, of the Township of Chatsworth, was charged with assault causing bodily harm under the Criminal Code.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on Thursday, April 16, 2015.
