(Odessa, ON)- An officer with the Loyalist detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police has charged a Stone Mills Township man with fraud following an investigation into a complaint from August of 2015.
In May of 2015 a family in Odessa had contacted the owner of The Perfect Pool & Patio Co., for the installation of a pool.
On August 12, 2015 the family contacted police as the pool had not been installed and felt they were being defrauded of their deposit of $12,995.
Charged with Fraud over $5,000 is 43 year-old Trent BRIDGER. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on May 3, 2016.
