(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), an officer was on patrol and stopped vehicle on Park Road North for a traffic violation.
At approximately 8:42 p.m. Saturday October 12th, 2013, an officer stopped the driver of a 2003 Toyota Tundra truck for a traffic violation. While the officer was talking to the male driver, he could smell the odour of alcohol on his breath. The driver was given the Roadside Screening test. As a result of the test he was transported to the Brantford City Police Service for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Brian WILKINS 39 years of age from the City of Brantford is facing the following Criminal charge
Drive over 80 milligrams
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on November 8th, 2013 to answer to the charge.
