(Peterborough County, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle after it failed to stop at a red light on Parkhill Road yesterday just after 5:30pm.
The driver was investigated and found to have been drinking. Brian MASON (age 49) of Peterborough, ON was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood. The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on August 27, 2015.
