(ODESSA, ON)- On Thursday, December 19th, 2013 at 11:24 p.m. an officer with the Loyalist Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police performing a RIDE (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) check arrested a male driver after he failed a roadside test.
The male, 51 year-old Brian COWAN of Loyalist Township, was subsequently charged with Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code and Driving while Suspended contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
He was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on January 14th, 2014.
