(Selwyn Township) – Sunday November 23, 2014 at 4:20 a.m. officers for Peterborough County OPP, had occasion to investigate an erratic driver travelling on County Road 29.
Officers observed a GMC Sierra travelling on County Road 29, crossing over the line several times in the early morning hours. Officers conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle and investigated the male driver.
As a result of the investigation the driver, 21 year old Brett WATSON of Douro Dummer was charged with Having more than 80 mgs. of Alcohol on 100 mls. of Blood.
WATSON was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on December 18, 2014.
