(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) –On June 3, 2015 Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report about a break and enter to the concession stand near the ball diamond at the Palmerston and District Community Centre Complex on Cavan Street, Palmerston. It occurred over night from 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. and candy was stolen.
