Shortly after 3:00 am, a 17 year old Owen Sound male youth was investigated by the Owen Sound Police Service regarding the breach of a 10:00 pm curfew condition. The youth was arrested for the violation. Upon search of his property, a quantity of marihuana and a large amount of drug paraphernalia was seized by police. The youth has been held for a bail hearing this morning on charges of breach of undertaking and possession of marihuana.
