(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On July 4th, 2014 at approximately 6:30 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report that a male was trespassing at a motel on Mosley Street.
Upon arrival the above male had left, however as Police were leaving they again received a report that this male had returned to this motel but this time he forced his way through a window into one of the motel rooms. This male refused to leave and was arrested but resisted police.
Charged with “Forcible Entry†and “Resist Peace Officer†is Brant E. BIGHAM 42 years old of no fixed address. First appearance was July 5th, 2014 in Newmarket court.
