(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Street Crime Unit has charged a 36-year-old male, with drug related offences after conducting an investigation at a Queensway East, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, May 28, 2016 at approximately 7:18 p.m., members of the Street Crime Unit were on patrol in the area of Talbot Street North, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped by police and investigated at a Queensway East address.
As result of the investigation, police arrested and charged 36-year-old Braden Boyd FITZGERALD of Norfolk County, Ontairo with the following offences.
Possession for the purpose of trafficking Heroin
Possession for the purpose of trafficking Hydromorph Contin
Possession for the purpose of trafficking Hydromorph Contin
Possession for the purpose of trafficking PMS Hydromorphone Contin
Possession for the purpose of trafficking Oxycodone.
Possession of Marihuana
Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000
Fail to comply with Probation Order X2
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
