(TOWN OF NEW TECUMSETH) – On April 27, 2016 at approximately 5:41am, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision on County Road 1 east of the 10 Side Road of New Tecumseth.
The Nottawasaga OPP found a silver Pontiac van had collided with a black Saturn Vue. No injuries were sustained.
The 40 year old male driver was investigated for Impaired Driving and was subsequently arrested.
Walter BOLARINHO of New Tecumseth has been charged with Impaired Driving, over 80mgs. He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bradford on the May 19, 2016.
