(HUNTSVILLE, ON) The Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) marine operators out on their usual patrols this past weekend nets 15 charges on the waterways of Muskoka.
All charges this past weekend were related to not having the proper equipment on board and liquor licence offences.
The motto over the summer is “if you drink don’t boat’, familiarize yourself with your boat, have all equipment on the vessel as required and have it readily available should you have an emergency.
There is still lots of boating time left in the season, Huntsville OPP continues to patrol the waterways and ensures all operators are having a safe boating season.
