(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS) – On Wednesday evening, October 2, 2013, Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested and charged a Blue Mountains man with six counts of domestic assault.
The victim contacted police on October 2nd requesting they speak to her ex common-law, who continues to have unwanted contact with her, despite ending their relationship in August 2013. During the investigation, it was revealed that the victim had been physically assaulted on several occasions during their 3 year relationship, while living in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
The 41 year old Blue Mountains man was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
