(DESERONTO, ON)- On Sunday, March 2nd at 3:00 a.m. officers with the Napanee detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report of a single motor vehicle collision on Mill Street in Deseronto.
A Dodge Dakota pick-up truck had gone off the road, through a snowbank and was temporarily hung up on concrete steps outside a residence.
The driver was able to free the vehicle and was located nearby and arrested for impaired driving.
Charged with one count of Impaired Operation of a motor vehicle and Over 80 mgs is 40 year-old Blaine GRASS of Deseronto.
GRASS was released on a Promise to Appear to attend Provincial Court in Napanee on March 25th.
