(Otonabee-South Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to assist at a single vehicle rollover collision on County Road 28 in Bailieboro this morning just after 5:30am.
The male operator of a vehicle was found to have been drinking. Blain SMITH (age 46) of Otonabee-South Monaghan Township was arrested and charged with:
Impaired driving
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, ON June 21, 2016.
