(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), an officer was on patrol on the Eighth Concession and stopped a Black GMC pickup truck.
At approximately 4:08 p.m. Saturday September 28th, 2013, the officer stopped the pickup truck and while talking to male driver he could smell the odour of alcohol. The officer gave the driver the Roadside Screening Test and as a result of the test he was transported to the County of Brant OPP Detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Bevin PAMPLIN 66 years of age from the County of Brant is facing the following Criminal charge
Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on October 25th, 2013 to answer to the charge.
