Belinda Earle 110 in a 60

(HURON EAST, ON) – A 41 year old driver is facing a court date and a seven day driver’s licence suspension following a traffic stop June 14, 2013. Just after 11:00 a.m. a brown Toyota Rav-4 was observed travelling southbound on North Line at a high rate of speed. The officer activated the RADAR device and determined the vehicle was speeding through a 60 km/h zone at 110 km/h.

As a result, Belinda EARLE, 41, from South Huron has been charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to section 172 (1) Highway Traffic Act. She has a court date scheduled for Provincial Offences Court – Goderich on July 23, 2013. The motor vehicle involved has been impounded for seven days and her driver’s licence has been suspended for seven days.
