On October 5 at approx. 1:15am Provincial Constables Hayley Chaplin and Ryan Besner stopped a vehicle for a traffic offence. An open bottle of alcohol was observed in the vehicle. A check of the occupants revealed one was breaching a condition of his bail. Andrew LACOMBE 21 of North Grenville was charged with breaching his bail condition. He was released on an appearance notice for court in Renfrew on November 13.
