(PAISLEY, ON) – On May 23, 2015 at 9:47 p.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Queen Street south in Paisley noticed a man operating a Honda TRX All-Terrain vehicle along the street without a helmet. The ATV was stopped and the operator was found to have been drinking alcohol. Fifty-year-old Allan DOHERTY of Arran-Elderslie Township has been charged with operate over 80 milligrams and fail to wear helmet. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 13, 2015 to answer to the charges.
