(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) –Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of an altercation that took place on November 25, 2015 at approximately 10:35 a.m. at the Tim Horton’s drive thru in Mount Forest. A vehicle bumped into another vehicle and the one driver exited his car and struck the other driver.
69-year-old Barry GOULD of Southgate Township has been charged with Assault contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on January 5, 2016.
