(TAY TOWNSHIP, ON) – On June 29, 2015 at 3:53 p.m. members of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call of a black Dodge Ram pick-up truck weaving all over the road on Highway 12 in Tay Township.
The involved motor vehicle was located. The male driver, Roman TRYNDA (age 48) of Etobicoke was arrested and charged with:
– Driving While Ability Impaired sec 253(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Driving With More Than 80mgs of Alcohol sec 253(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada
The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland ON, on July 9, 2015.
