Ann PAMAJEWON – Bingo Fraud

(PARRY SOUND, ON) – On May 10 2013, the Sudbury Regional Enforcement Unit of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission commenced an investigation concerning missing Bingo revenues from the Parry Sound Friendship Centre.

On December 16 2013, the former Executive Director of the Friendship Centre, Ann PAMAJEWON, 52 years of age from Shawanaga First Nation, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code of Canada Offences:

Misappropriation of funds – 2 counts

Fraud over $5000 – 3 counts

Criminal Breach of Trust

The accused will appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice Parry Sound on March 20, 2014.
