(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Saturday April 26, 2014, shortly before 11 p.m., a car travelling on Perth Line 86 near Molesworth was stopped at an OPP Reduce Impaired Drivers Everywhere (RIDE) program. The male driver of the vehicle had been drinking alcoholic beverages and was subsequently issued a roadside breath test demand. The driver refused to provide samples of his breath.
Andrew FAULKNER (36) of Huron-Kinloss Twp has been charged with “fail or refuse to provide sampleâ€Â. He is to appear at the Listowel Court of Justice on May 28, 2014, to answer to this charge. He was issued an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his vehicle was impounded for seven days.
