Allan VANMASSENHOVEN – Drunk Driving

(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) – On August 25, 2015, at approximately 6:04 p.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were notified of a possible impaired driver operating a white Chevrolet van.

Officers located the motor vehicle travelling eastbound on West Corner Drive, and a traffic stop was conducted. It was determined that the driver had been drinking alcohol. The male was arrested, and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for breath tests.

As a result of the investigation, 54-year-old Allan VANMASSENHOVEN has been charged with driving while ability impaired – motor vehicle, and driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear (PTA), and is scheduled to answer to the charges in a London court on October 8, 2015.
