(North Glengarry) – On September 22, 2014 at approximately 9:24pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to report of an assault which occurred at a residence on Dominion Street in the Town of Alexandria, North Glengarry Township. Investigation indicated a male had forced his way into the residence and assaulted a male occupant inside. Further information revealed the accused was in breach of conditions imposed from a previous incident.
Allan Jake ROMANIUK (19) of North Glengarry was arrested and is charged with;
– Break and Enter
– Assault
– Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking (2 counts)
He was held in custody pending an appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall today (23Sep14).
