(ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP, ON) Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers have charged a 52 year old St. Clair Township, ON male after allegations of an assault during a fight at a residential party on Plank Road that took place on March 14, 2014 around 10:30 p.m.
Neither the 16 year old male nor the 15 year old female who were assaulted, required medical attention and, no weapon was used.
The charged male has a Sarnia court date of April 14, 2014 to answer to two charges of assault.
