(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were on patrol on Highway # 403 at approximately 4:30 a.m. on 26 September 2015. Police noticed a vehicle travelling in a manner that brought attention to it.
The vehicle was stopped and Police determined the driver had been drinking alcohol.. The male driver provided a breath sample in the roadside screening device which was over the legal limit of alcohol.
County of Brant OPP have charged 38 year old Aaron JOHNSON of the Chatham with Driving with More than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to the charge.
