(RENFREW, ON) – On April 1, 2015 members of the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) – Project Paradigm and Renfrew OPP Detachment stopped a pedestrian on Hall Avenue in Renfrew, resulting in the seizure of 75grams of cannabis marihuana, paraphernalia indicative of trafficking and $2000.00 in cash.
Jason LUCKOVITCH 29, of Renfrew ON was arrested and charged with the following:
o Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking of Schedule II Substance (marihuana) C.D.S.A. Section 5(2)
LUCKOVITCH was released on a Promise to Appear and Undertaking by an Officer in charge and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice of Ontario, in Renfrew on May 13th 2015.
