(South Glengarry) – On December 29, 2014 at approximately 1:37pm, SD&G OPP officers were conducting Reduce Impaired Drivers Everywhere (RIDE) checks at an off-ramp of Highway 401, South Glengarry Township. A check of a vehicle resulted in the seizure of a quantity of suspected marihuana.
The adult male driver, Craig ANTAYA (20), a female passenger, Jordan FRANSEN (18) and a male youth passenger (17), all of Tecumseh, Ontario were arrested and each charged with;
– Possession of a Controlled Substance – Under 30 Grams
All were released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Alexandria on February 4, 2015.
