(KINCARDINE, ON) – On April 9, 2016 at 6:18 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a White Mercedes van speeding along Highway 21. Officers located the van on Bruce Avenue in Kincardine and noted it was moving at a high rate of speed. The vehicle speed was displayed on radar at more than 70 km/h in a posted 50 km/h zone. A 25-year-old Kitchener man was charged with speeding.
