(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a head-on two motor vehicle collision on July 16, 2016 at 9:50 a.m. on Wellington Road 35 just north of Gore Road in Puslinch Township.
A southbound 2012 Veloster collided head on with a northbound 2006 Ford.
The driver of the Ford, 27-year-old Katelyn Lindsay of Cambridge was pronounced deceased at the scene.
24-year-old Harvy PANCHAL of Scarborough has been charged with Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Causing Death. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal court on September 16, 2016 to answer to the charge.
