(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On April 13, 2015 at approximately 12:30 a.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated the driver of a 2007 Ford on Wellington Road 32 near Wellington Road 31 for a Highway Traffic Act violation.
While speaking with the driver, police observed a quantity of a green leafy substance in the vehicle that was believed to be marihuana.
Tyler HENDERSON age 19 of Fergus has been charged with Possession of a Marihuana Under 30 Grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on May 26, 2015 to answer to the charge.
