19 Year Old Caught Going 110 In A 50

(ELGIN COUNTY, ON) – Elgin County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a 19-year-old Malahide teen with stunt driving after police stopped the male going in excess of 110km/hr in a 50km/hr zone.

The incident occurred yesterday July 15th, 2015 around 9:50am on Wellington Rd, at St. George St. Southwold Township. Police were conducting speed enforcement in the area when police observed a four door Honda car travelling south on Wellington Rd at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was stopped by police and the driver, Randy ENNS, age 19 of Malahide Township has had his drivers licence seized and he has been charged with;

Stunt driving under the Highway Traffic Act

Failing to have insurance card under the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act.

The vehicle ENNS was operating has been impounded for 7 days and he is due to appear in St. Thomas traffic court on August 13th, 2015.
