(SUDBURY, ON) – On October 28, 2015 at 2:46 p.m., officers from the Sudbury Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a two vehicle fatal collision on Highway 17 at the intersection of Southview Drive, in the City of Greater Sudbury.
Investigation has revealed that a northbound passenger car entered the intersection from Southview Drive and was struck by a pick-up truck travelling westbound on Highway 17.
Steven HORAN, 18 years of age, from Sudbury, has been charged with Careless Driving, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
HORAN will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on November 30, 2015.
