(MIDDLESEX COUNTY, ON) – On March 29, 2016, at approximately 10:55 a.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop of a silver Chevrolet car on Front Street, in Strathroy Caradoc, Ontario.
Officers located controlled substances in the vehicle.
As a result of the police investigation, a 17-year-old male, from Adelaide Metcalf, Ontario, has been charged with possession of schedule I substance – methylenedioxyamphetamine (ecstasy), and possession of schedule II substance – cannabis marihuana – under 30 grams, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA).
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear (PTA), and is scheduled to answer the charges in a London court.
