(ELGIN COUNTY, ON) – On October 22, 2016 the Elgin County Ontario Provincial Police got a 911 call from a 15 year old youth stating that he had been kidnapped by two people and was now in the back of a SUV. They were on the 401 highway according to the youth.
Police later located the SUV and spoke to all the occupants. The investigation revealed that the youth was unhappy that his parents had not allowed him to go to a friend’s house.
St. Thomas Elgin paramedics attended the scene as the youth was hyperventilating. The youth was cleared by paramedics and charged by police with:
