(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 14 year old youth with Arson as the result of an investigation into suspicious fires in the Caledonia, Haldimand County, ON area.
Since the end of July 2015 eight fires have been set in trash disposal bins behind businesses located at an Argyle Street, Caledonia business plaza. All the bins were destroyed by the fires.
As a result of the Police investigation with the assistance of security video footage a suspect was identified and arrested.
Charged with 8 counts of Arson is a 14 year old male of Haldimand County, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
