(LAKESHORE, ON) – On August 16, 2017 at approximately 12:30 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Essex County Community Street Crime Unit (SCU), West Region Emergency Response Unit (ERT) and K9 unit executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances (CDSA) search warrant in the 1000 block of Monarch Meadows Drive, Lakeshore, Ontario.
Jacob LISKA, age 18, Terry LISKA age 53 and Alexas BYRNE age 18 all of Lakeshore, Ontario have been charged with the following offences:
Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (cocaine)
Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (oxycodone)
Possession of a Schedule III Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (MDMA)
Possession of a Schedule IV Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (XANAX)
Possession of a Schedule II Substance (cannabis marihuana)
Produce a Schedule II Substance (cannabis marihuana)
Careless Storage of a Firearm 86(1) CC x 2
A quantity of narcotics, firearms and ammunition were seized during the search warrant.
The three accused will appear in a Windsor, Ontario courtroom to answer to the charges.
