Music Instruments Stolen From School

(THE BLUE MOUNTAINS, ONTARIO) Officers from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently investigating the theft of 2 guitars from a local school and are asking for the public’s help in solving this crime.

The theft took place sometime on the afternoon of the 15th of November 2013 at Beaver Valley Community School in The Blue Mountains. Two guitars were stolen however one was recovered by a resident in a wooded area nearby and one still remains outstanding. The stolen guitar is described as a Peavey bass guitar, serial #DNKG0870, dark purple in colour contained in a nylon case which looks like a backpack.
