(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On November 6, 2013 at approximately 2:45 p.m. West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers conducted a traffic stop on Highway 400 in Seguin Township that led to drug charges.
Robert BOUWMAN, 42 years of age from West Nipissing and Paul FERRIS, 54 years of age from French River were each charged with a count of Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marijuana – Over 30 grams. Both parties were served a Promise to Appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Parry Sound on December 12, 2013.
