Yves DUPUIS – Small Amount Of Marijuana At RIDE

(GOGAMA) – The Gogama Ontario Provincial Police has laid drug related charges against a Sudbury, Ontario, man stemming from a RIDE traffic stop on December 1st at the intersection of Hwy 101 and 144.

A Gogama OPP officer had occasion to interview a motorist at the roadside.

Based on investigative cues observed by the officer, the motorist was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

As a result of a search under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act , the OPP officer located and seized approximately 6.9 grams of suspected marijuana.

Yves DUPUIS, 23, of Sudbury, has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance contrary to the Controlled Drug and Substances Act.

The accused person was released from police custody but must attend Provincial Court in Timmins on January 28th to answer to the charges laid against him.
