(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On December 27, 2013, just before 5:00 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a collision involving a single motor vehicle rollover on Highway 401 eastbound near County Road 42.
The driver, 35 year old Marina HAZAN, from Toronto, ON, has been charged with Careless Driving, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
The driver received non-life threatening injuries, however no injuries were reported for the two passengers in the vehicle.
