(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On January 1, 2014 at approximately 9:30 p.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Festive R.I.D.E Team set up a R.I.D.E. program on Wellington County Road 124, near Township Road 1, Guelph-Eramosa Township. The male driver of a 2013 Toyota was investigated and marihuana was seized.
Bajan DJOKOVIC age 33 of Kitchener has been charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on January 28, 2014 to answer to the charge.
