(Fort Frances, ON) – On January 01, 2014, at approximately 12:35 pm officers from the Rainy River District Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and local fire and ambulance responded to a 2 vehicle motor vehicle collision at Portage and Fifth Ave. Fort Frances.
All involved parties, 4 adults were taken to the local hospital by ambulance and later released with minor injuries.
As a result of the Investigation, the driver, 42 year old, Christine Loveday a Fort Frances resident was arrested and charged with Fail to provide a Breath Sample and driving a motor vehicle while Ability Impaired. She was later released on a promise to appear for court 27th of January 2014.
